Product details

The fastest speed rope for daily training. The Session4 jump rope allows you to perform efficient double-unders with minimal energy expenditure. Thanks to the world-renowned double ball bearing and ultra-lightweight design, RPM's speed ropes are among the fastest jump ropes in the world.

Patented dual-axis system. The double ball bearing system of RPM training jump ropes transfers power to the cable with optimal efficiency and eliminates unwanted torque buildup.

Coated cable for increased durability and better feedback. The cable of the Session4 speed rope is transparently coated, making it more suitable for rough surfaces than the bare steel cable of the Comp4.

Assembled and tested in the USA. Every high-performance jump rope from RPM Training is carefully assembled and quality-tested at the headquarters in Northern California.

Key features at a glance: double ball bearing system for a smooth spin, lightweight handles made from 100% precision-crafted aluminum, coated cable for increased durability and better feedback, patented dual-axis system, latest version from RPM Training (Version 4.0).
