It is primarily aimed at those athletes who want to do their balance training barefoot or increasingly indoors. A significant improvement is the foam pad surface which of course allows you to train without any shoes and to train your balance feeling barefoot. The RollerBone is available in many different versions.
Numerous studies show that repeated training of body balance has a preventive effect on injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments, as well as sharpening and sensitising the senses.

Due to the innovative, specially kept thin, but at the same time extremely durable material, an optimal floating condition is achieved. The SoftPad can easily be inflated with the mouth. The fuller the SoftPad is, the more difficult it is to perform exercises with it. On the other hand, less air in the SoftPad noticeably reduces the level of difficulty.
