RockShox Sid XX World Cup 2014

The 29-inch Rock Shox Sid XX World Cup fork features a carbon crown and steerer, hydraulic X-Loc remote control, and Motion Control DNA damping, making it an ultra-lightweight race fork.

The high-end components of the World Cup - Black Box series were developed for World Cup MTB races. The carbon steerer and fork bridge reduce the weight of the Rock Shox Sid XX World Cup forks without compromising durability. The stanchions of the new Sid XX World Cup fork are now hard-anodized black, providing even better responsiveness.

The Rock Shox Solo Air system with external rebound adjustment, external low-speed compression adjustment, and lockout can be easily and quickly adjusted via a single air valve. The air pressure distribution occurs automatically, depending on the riding situation, in the positive and negative chambers. This ensures that you have the full travel available in every situation.

The new extra-light unit delivers optimal suspension performance with minimal weight. The Rock Shox Sid XX fork operates with a self-adjusting negative air chamber, allowing for full utilization of the travel. The Floodegate valves enable externally adjustable platform damping, which can be easily tailored to your personal riding style.

The hydraulic XLoc remote control is included and allows you to adjust the damping while riding and also fully lock it out. The patented XX XLoc lever is pressed once to close and pressed again to open the lockout. The system operates hydraulically, is completely sealed, and is positioned directly at the top of the fork leg. The XLoc lever saves 60 grams compared to the PushLoc system. Minimalistic in design, yet efficient and ergonomic, the XLoc lever is combined with the MatchMaker X clamp for the shifter/brake lever.
