Ringside Single Guard Mouthpiece

This high-quality mouthguard is excellent for daily use in the gym or during competitions.

Instructions for fitting the mouthguard:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Submerge the mouthguard in the water for 10 seconds.
3. Remove the mouthguard using tongs.
4. Immediately place the mouthguard around your upper teeth. It will be hot but not burning.
5. Press your tongue against the back of your upper teeth.
6. While holding the mouthguard in this position, suck out all the air and water until it fits snugly around your upper teeth.
7. Remove it from your mouth and place it in cold tap water.
8. If you don’t achieve a snug fit the first time, repeat the process.

Simply boil and bite for a custom fit.
