The shim for using the Reverse Seatswitch on compatible seat posts. It is important to use the screws included with the shim, as the screws provided with the SeatSwitch ensure compatibility between the SeatSwitch and the seat post. Additionally, the original Fox barrels (with internal threads) must be replaced with the barrels included in the set (without internal threads).
