The Rehape-Sling-Trainer implements the ingenious idea of an unstable training simply and effectively. Through the automatic and constant, involuntary balancing movements of the muscles of the user, the exercises in the slings effectively reach deeper muscle groups, which are so important for a healthy posture without back and joint complaints. Also known as "suspension training" or "sensomotoric rope training", this exercise on slings offers intensive application possibilities ? from physiotherapeutic exercise therapy and sensomotoric training to mass sports in the home studio and top-class sports. Sling training aims to improve stability, coordination, sensorimotor skills and general muscle strengthening. The tear-resistant mountaineering rope for the sling trainer is manufactured in-house and the water-repellent, breathable loops are sewn by hand ? this is how the sling trainer withstands the daily continuous use in physiotherapy practices and fitness studios as well as in private use.
