How do I choose my boxing gloves?
Make sure the gloves fit comfortably and are adequately padded and supported. Otherwise, there isn't much to consider.

As a beginner, you should focus on lightweight training gloves of 12–14 oz. These gloves are optimal for everyone. If you are more experienced, use 16–18 oz heavy gloves.
