It features a completely redesigned Razors inner shoe, V-Cut cuff, hockey laces, GC FLT3 frame, 57 mm GC-Race wheels, and the Cult 1-Piece UFS soul frame.

The frames are now bolted between the shoe and the soul frame, freeing up valuable space in the shell.

The LEVEL ONE Cult inner shoe is a significant advancement for Razors and for inner shoes. Many of the problem areas of the older inner shoes have been addressed. The toe box and tongue have been redesigned, and the ankle shape, padding, and Lycra lining have been integrated, which made their Reign inner shoes so popular.
