Quinn's Box Trainer Kamikaze: For beginners and advanced users. The Quinn's Box Trainer Kamikaze is a freely movable punching cylinder for combat sports training in disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, MMA, taekwondo, karate, and kung fu. With gentle punches, the punching body swings back. Through upper body and head evasive movements, the athlete practices correct dodging and can develop a better sense of distance. Strong punches or kicks make the "counterattack" unpredictable due to the multiple freely moving elements and possible overshoots. The athlete must react instinctively and quickly, for example, by stepping back, sidestepping, or covering up. The box trainer is also suitable for permanent outdoor use but should be disassembled in freezing temperatures.
