The strap is softly padded, providing comfortable wear. You can adjust the strap to your needs using the Velcro closure. By standing straight, your postural muscles are engaged, relieving the lumbar spine. You strengthen your muscles and can prevent subsequent issues such as neck and back pain. The posture trainer also stretches the chest muscles and keeps the shoulders back. Perfect for long periods of sitting or screen work.
