I contacted our product department for a technical explanation, they informed me that the numbers simply represent the number of "teeth" at each level. What is important to consider is that the more "teeth" the easier it is to shift gears and make pedalling easier on climbs and more complicated terrain. Whereas chainrings with larger spacing are preferable for road cycling.
Galaxus probably simply added an item twice in the system again. Now that it's also gone, that confirms my theory. Just always take the cheaper one. Most of the time it's a mistake like that.
Hi Jacques, normally yes it is. I have mounted this cassette on a deore hub and a "no mame". It is very resistant and I rode 10'000km with the last one before changing it. Also change the chain and check the chainrings, it's worth it!
