I can't find Samsung Pay in my Gear app. Samsung Pay is available on the phone (S7 Edge). What could be the reason for this?

Does the watch always have to be connected to the phone via Bluetooth? The battery of my K1 lasts a long time

No, it doesn't have to, only when you have messages the mobile phone is required. To read the time, use a fitness app or similar, the mobile phone does not need to be connected via Bluetooth.

I only have a black display. When I select a dial, the text appears: "Dial cannot be loaded" but the connection is OK. No dial works any more. Please ask for help.

Otherwise, I would ask the manufacturer or send in the product.
