Plankts and push-ups go very well. However, the mat is relatively thin, for exercises on the knees I use an additional pad.
Yes, the mat leaves me with a slippery wooden floor. After about 3 weeks, since I got it, the wooden floor is no longer as slippery as before. So the behaviour of the mat is improving :)
