You can activate the always-on-display function so that the display lights up continuously. This means that you can always read the time, depending on which watch face you have selected for display.
I doubt you can connect them. But you can use them independently. The H10 strap can be used without watch as well using the Polar Beat app. Hope this helps

good evening, i had exactly the same problem. no this is not a setting thing, unfortunately it is not possible at all to accept calls or to be able to answer sms. i have a huaweu and can do the same as with an iphone. lg kschaellibaum
