Hollywood Racks F4-b
Hollywood Racks F4-b
I have no idea. But it goes with a lot of things.
Unfortunately, I don't know.
Outer antenna to outer edge 50cm Inner edge to inner edge 43 cm Hope this helps.
In the instructions, F4-b is designed for 70kg. And F1-b for 45kg. Maybe that's why? https://manualzz.com/doc/24708436/hollywood-racks-f1b-and-f4-installation-instructions
We have the carrier on a Skoda Octavia estate. It works, the carrier & the wheels hold perfectly. Unfortunately, when the wheels are on, the lights, indicators, brake lights and number plate are partially covered. I doubt whether you can get through an inspection like that. That's why I wouldn't buy the carrier again, it's too tricky for me. But otherwise the product is great. Inexpensive, everything holds, there is room for many bikes (including a child's bike) and it can be mounted and removed very quickly.
You can adapt it in many ways
Probably. Because it is fastened with straps.
Grüezi I haven't run into any scratches yet. The belts have a metal end that is protected with plastic. I don't bend the sheet metal because most of the weight is on the bumper.
Technically, this will probably fit, but the lights and licence plate are probably no longer visible (buses!). It is not for nothing that the vehicle in the product image has low-slung rear lights and the KS in the bumper. I solved both problems by mounting the carrier higher (not on the bumper) and attaching the upper straps to a roof rack.
The carrier is very solid and can certainly withstand this. Whether the same applies to your plastic spoiler is a completely different question... This is the main problem with this carrier and the fact that the lights and licence plate are no longer legible (buses!). It's not for nothing that the vehicle in the product picture has low-lying rear lights and the KS in the bumper. I solved both problems by mounting the carrier higher (not on the bumper) and attaching the upper straps to a roof rack.
Hello I think that should work yes👍 You can adapt the carriers to the car individually and shorten them. I have a Volvo V50 and it fits beautifully. Had to cut the carriers down a bit too. Kind regards Katharina
I think it already fits on a VW T5... on our Ford Galaxy the attached bikes cover the number plate.
Basically, yes, the carrier is very stable and the bars are long enough. But it depends on the car or the design of the tailgate: The straps must not be attached to glass or a plastic spoiler. In addition, the licence plate and lights will no longer be sufficiently visible on most cars (in contrast to the product picture where everything is installed at the very bottom of the bumper...). We therefore sold ours again and bought a Thule Backpac. Even better would be an AHK carrier...
This rack will most likely not fit, Hollywood Racks may be able to give you more precise information: https://hollywoodracks.com/products/f4-heavy-duty-trunk-rack
I have the item on the VW T5 California Beach and it fits. However, the number plate is covered depending on the load of the bikes. The item is ok, attached to the vehicle with straps.... 80s style. I can even open the tailgate with bike stand. The original accessory stands from VW are certainly the more robust choice.
If the boot lid has a gap at the top to hang the bracket, then yes, should not be a problem. This is a prerequisite for every carrier. It also worked perfectly for me. I can highly recommend this carrier.
Since the rear window of the V90 is quite inclined, I wouldn't say yes per se, try it out...or maybe look at another model from Hollywood Racks....
According to the manufacturer's website, which has software to check compatibility (https://hollywoodracks.com/pages/vehicle-fit-list). Unfortunately, this product is not compatible with your vehicle.
Hello! Yes it can be done if the top of your bumper is not plastic! However, you will need to adjust the strap hooks a bit (open them with pliers) that you attach to the top of the boot.
Hello Leokorevaar, I bought the rack last summer and in my opinion, it can be mounted on any station wagon! Greetings S.D
