Sure. That's exactly how it works. Just don't press it through. You should just take care of the filter. I always unscrew it when I use the bottle like this. You then have a little more capacity. Otherwise it's always wet and always has to be dried with some effort. Service life and all that... Greetings back.

Hello, this is probably a different model see the weight of the two items. I have the classic one in black (99.90), but it's quite a chunk. If I were to buy it again, I would buy the small version, item 17435817, because you can also transfer the water into a UL drinking bottle. Greetings
A filter is included with the Grayl when it is delivered.
According to our information from the manufacturer, 99.9% of viruses, chemicals, bacteria and microplastics are filtered out.
