The compatibility is specified as follows: Compatibility: 8-/9-/10-/11-speed Shimano/SRAM (Road) - Mounting 8-/9-/10-speed Shimano & 9-/10-speed SRAM cassettes on Shimano 11-speed freewheel with 1.85mm spacer.
According to the information at our disposal, this wheel should be compatible with a Shimano 10/11 speed cassette but the supplier does not specify anything about the 10v shimano ultegra specifically.
