This is the XMC and the rim is made of carbon.
According to the supplier: Boost refers to the now common and wider installation width of 148 mm on the rear wheel and 110 mm on the front wheel. Older mountain bikes had an installation width of 142 mm / 100 mm. Today, these bikes are often referred to as non-boost bikes.
