Our development team has designed this shoe model, Escape 500 Fresh, for regular hikes on natural trails in warm weather.

Our motivation? To provide you with lightweight, comfortable hiking shoes that offer good grip. Additionally, they are breathable, making them ideal for summer.

For these hiking shoes, polyamide socks without cotton content are recommended. Polyamide is a fiber that effectively wicks away moisture. When sweating, polyamide socks help to draw moisture away, which is absorbed by the shoe and transported outside through the ventilated mesh fabric. We recommend the Newfeel WS500 Fresh socks.

In laboratory tests, the following aspects are checked: processing of eyelets and straps, adhesive joints, harmful substances, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of the sole and upper, and material aging. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear.

Our hiking shoes are designed for use on footpaths. We thoroughly test the various components of the sole and upper to ensure the shoes perform equally well on earthy forest trails as they do on rocky coastal paths. Using them on paved roads can accelerate wear and tear and significantly affect your comfort. The shoes are not suitable for high-altitude hiking.
