The foam roller from Pure2Improve is a helpful tool for all types of exercises. The Pure2Improve yoga roller features a PVC inner tube and an outer layer made of EVA material. This premium fascia roller optimally stimulates trigger points due to its specially designed shape. A yoga or Pilates session with this massage roller enhances blood circulation, releases adhesions, and stimulates the muscles. Muscle tightness is also alleviated by the shape of the roller. This yoga roller is therefore the ideal instrument for loosening muscles before sports and for preventing soreness afterward. Additionally, it helps burn fat, tighten the skin, and prevent cellulite.
