The PRTOLIVIAR TD also wicks away excess moisture and keeps moisture from the environment at bay. Additionally, the PRTOLIVIAR TD features a fixed hood for warmth and an elastic waistband. The elastic cuffs fit small wrists perfectly. You can store your belongings in the zippered pockets. The PRTOLIVIAR TD has a regular fit and length.
