Poc Tectal Race SPIN

The Tectal Race Spin features the same aramid bridge system as the already proven and award-winning helmets from POC. To meet the demands of enduro mountain biking, the Tectal Race Spin has been built even more robustly and safely, and is now additionally equipped with POC's patented Spin technology. The new Spin pads help reduce the energy that impacts the brain during a fall with an angled impact. Gel padding on the inside of the helmet perfectly conforms to the shape of the head and absorbs linear and rotational forces through its free movement, similar to the natural protective mechanism of brain fluid. The reinforced EPS liner offers a high level of protection through its unibody construction, which was introduced in the groundbreaking Octal road bike helmet. This manufacturing method provides an additional improvement in safety features and the integrity of the helmet's construction while maintaining a low weight. The Tectal Race Spin envelops the head more extensively than traditional mountain bike helmets. It has a highly efficient ventilation design that has been tested and optimized in a wind tunnel. A goggle clip at the back and an easy-to-use size adjustment system ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
