The S-Series roof prism and Porro prism binoculars feature an objective lens diameter of over 40 mm. Equipped with the same high-quality coatings as the A-Series, impeccable image quality is guaranteed. A hallmark of this series is the high light intensity due to the large objective lens diameter.

Fully multi-coated lenses

Optimal light transmission is one of the most important aspects of a binocular's viewing quality. This is also at the core of the new technologies for the current Pentax Sport Optics series. The "Full-Multi-Coating" on all lenses is considered the new standard coating. It enhances light transmission and contrast while minimizing reflections and ensuring excellent color fidelity.

Enhanced Light Transmission coating

The new "Enhanced Light Transmission Coating" elevates the optical performance of the new Pentax binoculars to a significantly higher level. This optimized light transmission coating increases light permeability and guarantees exceptionally bright images with precise color reproduction.

Lens protective coating

The lenses of the S-Series are specially coated with the "Protective Lens Coating." This nanotechnology-based, water-, oil-, dust-, and dirt-repellent hydrophobic protective coating for the outer optical elements permanently enhances viewing comfort. As a result, the corresponding Pentax binoculars excel even under the toughest viewing conditions.
