Versatility is key - The Varioboard combines three training devices in one: a practice stand platform, a balance board, and a wobble board. By simply repositioning the hemispheres on the underside, you can switch between functions. To ensure a secure stance during all training sessions, the extra-large standing surface is equipped with anti-slip grooves. It provides ample space for a stable, hip-width stance as well as for exercises in a one-legged position, seated, and in a plank position. This allows for the training of the entire leg musculature and parts of the core, back, and abdominal muscles. The Varioboard Trimm-Top 50 Vario is suitable for athletes of all performance levels, from rehabilitation and therapy to fitness and functional strength training with resistance bands or weights.
