Pedalo Slide Mat Slide-X 300 - Easy to Use: The Pedalo Slide Mat Slide-X 300 is a training device designed to improve explosive strength during lateral movements. Training is done using sliding overshoes on a smooth plastic surface. The sliding ability can be adjusted with a special polish according to requirements. Sturdy stops are attached to the sides of the surface to initiate the push-off impulse. A soft padding ensures a gentle stop when the feet hit it. The foot stop is inclined and can be adjusted continuously up to 3 meters. Anti-slip strips keep the mat firmly in place during all exercises. The Slide-X can be rolled up after use and secured with the included Velcro strap.
