This additional stabilization enhances safety during exercise execution. The training options at the Physiostation include movement elements such as coordination, balance, mobility, and strength training. It can improve leg axis stability and standing security, as well as strengthen the entire leg, trunk, back, and abdominal muscles. Exercises for spinal mobilization and joint relief are also possible.

Minimal space requirement - With a space requirement of only 2 m², the Pedalo 5S Physiostation is the perfect alternative to individual devices when only one person is training.
