Pedalo Fitbox

Pedalo Fitbox for comprehensive training. The Pedalo Fitbox is made of sturdy birch plywood, making the box extremely stable and capable of supporting up to 120 kg. This training device is particularly well-suited for plyometric exercises, such as jumps and high-low exercises in two different planes, to train the muscles in the legs, back, and glutes. Additionally, the Pedalo Fitbox also serves as a support, seating, and lying surface for various workouts. On the sides of the box, there are rows of holes on the left and right, each with three openings. You can variably insert two gymnastic bars there - ideal as a counter support for tubes. This provides ample space for horizontal and vertical body-upward pulling exercises. The gymnastic bars also serve for fixation and as handles.
