Paul Comp offers the E-Lever in two different clamp sizes: The 23.8 mm version fits all road handlebars, except for the wider part at the stem clamp area. The 22.2 mm version fits all standard MTB handlebars. The E-Lever is designed for standard MTB brake cables.
