Whether on stormy ascents or heavy snowfall at the summit - the Ortler is the lightweight for real alpinists. Low weight, optimum protection and sufficient comfort. The hardshell jacket is lightweight and technically sophisticated, but at the same time robust and comfortable. The Dermizax NX membrane from Toray - the highest-performance membrane used by Ortovox - ensures windproofness, waterproofness and breathability. The hardshell jacket has a 2-way zipper for a perfect fit - even with a climbing harness. A 2-way zipper on the forearms provides ventilation during sweaty ascents. Soft inserts made from a merino material mix on the chin and the 2-way adjustable, helmet-compatible storm hood offer comfort and protection in rain, snow or icy conditions.
