The sprint sled is an essential training tool for nearly all sports that require sprinting ability and strength endurance. The abrasion-resistant SpeedSack can be variably loaded with 3 x 5 kg weights, allowing the resistance to be optimally adjusted to the fitness level, age, or training goals of the user. The belly or hip belt for the sled is adjustable in length.

The weight sled is suitable for sprint training in many team sports such as soccer, handball, American football, as well as in athletics and functional fitness training. The weight sled can be used both indoors and outdoors on grass surfaces.
