Tailwhip Eco Evo represents an important first step towards responsible action, which Northwave is diligently working on. Our commitment is expressed through the values of the sports we love and support, and it is also clear and measurable in numbers. Tailwhip Eco Evo is our first cycling shoe with a responsible impact of 53.34%. The sole is made from 26% ReRubber, pre-used and recycled rubber, produced in collaboration with Michelin, providing excellent grip on the pedals. The upper material is made from 100% RePET, recycled polyester. The lining is also made from 100% RePET, recycled polyester. The insole consists of 86% ReFOAM, recycled polyurethane foam. The shoelaces are made from 100% RePET and can be easily stored in the elastic loop.
