The power is transferred to the drivetrain via the reinforced Jaws Carbon sole with a stiffness index of 8.0. The natural rubber heel area provides extreme grip on any surface. The upper shoe has an overlap construction made from the most innovative materials: it wraps the foot perfectly, avoids pressure points and transfers every watt of power to the drivetrain without loss. Additional TPU reinforcements offer 360° protection across the entire upper, while the SLW2 twist lock system ensures a simple and consistent fit. It is the only one of its kind with micro-step ratcheting for millimetre-precise adjustment and adaptation of the shoe. The new Easyfit Climaflex entry area combines the extreme flexibility of the Gore-Tex Rattler membrane with the high thermal insulation of neoprene and enables mobility and cold/wet protection. The ergonomic heel shape with its anatomical fit thanks to the latest thermoforming technology in conjunction with the Arctic 4Layer insole made of EVA + aluminium and EVA + pile ensures excellent thermal insulation. The 360° reflective inserts ensure greater safety in poor visibility conditions.
