Nohrd Balance Board Eau-Me: The balance board filled with water. The Nohrd Balance Board Eau-Me is a patented balance trainer. At the center of the underside of the board is a bulge that you need to keep balanced. The plastic shell contains water, which you must also balance and is filled through a closure. This is where it differs from conventional balance boards. The water moves on its own. With every movement, the direction changes. You must immediately respond with your body to the stimuli to keep the board balanced. It is a real challenge for the entire body and particularly demanding. You stand especially firmly on the wooden plate during the exercise.
