The Prostaff 5 spotting scopes are entry-level models among Nikon's spotting scopes and are the successors to the RA III series. The bodies of the Prostaff 5 spotting scopes are approximately 20% lighter than the current RA III models. The newly developed zoom eyepiece minimizes color distortion at the edge of the field of view and provides a large eye relief for comfortable observation.
