The Newmen Evolution SL MTB handlebars made of aluminum feature the same ergonomic shape as our carbon handlebars. A stronger upsweep than usual positions the wrist better and reduces fatigue, without the handlebars having an excessive backsweep. Unlike handlebars with a stronger backsweep (12° or more), the Newmen handlebar geometry allows for aggressive downhill positions without wrist misalignment. At the same time, increased comfort in neutral positions is maintained. We offer our mountain bike handlebars exclusively with a 31.8 mm diameter because we believe that a 35 mm diameter significantly reduces the comfort of an MTB handlebar while also adding more weight or compromising durability during impacts. Our Evolution SL MTB handlebars are available in two widths, 760 mm and 800 mm, and with varying rises (10-40 mm).
