The new upper gently wraps around the foot, and the overall weight of the shoe has been reduced by five grams. Mizuno Enerzy Foam provides excellent cushioning and energy return and is placed throughout the midsole. The Wave Plate not only offers cushioning and stability but also promotes forward movement and a fluid weight transition.
