Features of the shoe include MIZUNO ENERZY foam throughout the midsole for excellent cushioning and optimal energy return, MIZUNO FORM WAVE for stability without compromising cushioning, and Vibram Megagrip for incredible grip even on wet and uneven terrain.

1) MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM: The MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM technology in the midsole provides excellent cushioning and energy return.

2) MIZUNO WAVE (FOAM): MIZUNO WAVE, with its wave-shaped structure made of EVA with two stiffness levels, enhances stability without compromising cushioning. It is integrated from the heel to the mid-lateral area.

3) Rock Plate: The shoe is equipped with an EVA plate that absorbs shocks in the forefoot area. It can withstand impacts against rocks.

4) Vibram Megagrip: The best high-performance compound from Vibram. It offers exceptional grip, especially on wet and uneven terrain.
