These shoes are equipped with the latest features from Mizuno for performance and versatility. The midsole has been completely overhauled compared to the previous model, Inspire 21, and now includes the nitrogen-enriched Mizuno Enerzy NXT technology. This new material provides both cushioning for impact absorption while running and energy return for a powerful push-off. The drop has been reduced from 12 mm to 10 mm to create a more natural running feel. The heel integrates the Mizuno Enerzy NXT, with cushioning remaining in the upper part of the midsole while ensuring stability.
The wave shape, designed for individuals with overpronation, helps prevent the arch from sinking and offers great stability. The anatomical shape of the plate follows the contours of the foot for a smooth weight transfer from ground contact to push-off.
The mesh upper provides excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.
