Product details

MilKit makes converting to tubeless clean and easy. All the necessary products and solutions for converting mountain bike, gravel, or road bike tires are available in the milKit program.

Switching to tubeless has many advantages, such as fewer flats from pinch flats, thorns, and similar issues, better traction, less weight, and reduced rolling resistance. However, the installation and maintenance of tubeless systems have been cumbersome and often messy. Measuring and replenishing the slowly drying sealant was also tedious and often neglected.

1. Clean the rim and apply rim tape.
2. Puncture the valve hole, attach the valve, and secure it.
3. Inflate the tire to seat it on the rim.
4. Unscrew the valve core from the milKit valve: air remains in the tire.
5. Assemble the milKit syringe system, draw the desired amount of sealant, and inject it through the valve into the pressurized tire.
6. Screw the valve core back into the valve and fully inflate the tire.
