Meta-tu-Victoria Jump boxes

The set has been specifically designed for jump training and is frequently used. It helps perform exercises where the muscles exert maximum force in short time intervals, aiming to increase leg strength. It trains the focus on the explosive nature of specialized repeated jumping. The set consists of soft plyo boxes with 4 boxes in different sizes, made from durable vinyl fabric and filled with high-density EVA foam inside. The bases of each box are the same size (60 cm x 60 cm), but their heights vary at 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm, and 60 cm. Each box in the set features special Velcro straps for stacking and connecting to prevent movement during training.
