The Bosu ball is an extremely popular training device. Training on such a simulator activates the major muscle groups and stabilizing muscles. The Bosu ball helps athletes train and develop balance, strengthen the entire body's musculature, and correct posture. This product features a solid base made of impact-resistant technical thermoplastic resin (ABS), a round shape with two attachment points for removable tube expanders, and a half-sphere made of durable PVC. The half-sphere can be inflated or deflated to the desired hardness. The device can be used with either the ball side or the flat side. The Bosu ball can withstand loads of up to 300 kg.
