Meindl Antelao Men GTX®

The Antelao GTX Men model from Meindl is ideal for men with wider feet. This trekking shoe from the Comfort-fit® program is perfectly suited for extended hikes and comfortable walking in light alpine terrain. The future favorite shoe promises excellent walking comfort with high stability and sure-footedness, and it already has the potential to become a classic. The shoemaker from Kirchanschöring, Meindl, builds his Comfort-fit® shoes on a noticeably wider sole base compared to other series. This provides more space in the toe box, allowing the foot to stand straight in the shoe. The heel, on the other hand, is narrower, ensuring a secure fit. In trekking shoes of this category, a torsion-resistant and grippy Vibram® sole with an EVA cushioning wedge is used. It provides perfect grip even on uneven or rocky surfaces. Not only the cut but also the insole guarantees comfortable hiking in the Antelao GTX. It is made of cork and features an additional shock absorber at the heel. Above, there is a shoe upper made of lightweight suede that perfectly frames the foot while offering optimal freedom of movement. The shaft of the hiking shoe is softly padded and adapts perfectly to the ankle thanks to the textile deep pull hooks. The foot remains dry at all times due to the waterproof GORE-TEX® lining in the Meindl Antelao GTX Men trekking shoe.
