The improved breathability comes from the special tongue construction: the entire tongue is a combination of 3D mesh and a permanently cushioning, perforated foam. When you step, fresh air is sucked into the shoe through the pumping motion, while warm air is expelled during the roll-off. This ensures that your feet won't sweat even during the steepest climbs. The Air Revolution 4.1 is equipped with a stretch tongue in addition to this groundbreaking technology. The upper material of the Air Revolution Lady Ultra GTX is made of supple suede and breathable mesh. The Alpin Rigid rubber outsole from Vibram with PU wedge provides stability and ensures a cushioned step. With the integrated spoiler, the sole has no overhang, optimizing walking behavior. The GORE-TEX® membrane keeps your feet dry even during longer hikes in continuous rain.
