FLEX System: The patented FLEX system offers an incredibly realistic boxing training experience. It absorbs your own strikes, thereby minimizing stress on the joints and muscles. Simultaneously, the punching bag reacts like a sparring partner, swinging with the punch. This creates a realistic training environment that is far more motivating than training with a conventional punching bag or freestanding bag. At the same time, not only are punching power and endurance optimally trained, but also reaction and coordination.

Protection Pad: The FLEX system is covered with a protective sleeve made from the same high-quality outer and filling materials as the punching bag. In addition to providing optimal protection against injuries, this cover extends the striking surface of the punching bag. The Protection Pad can be easily removed and reattached thanks to its Velcro fastener.

Base: The base is made of solid plastic and can be filled with either water or sand.

Location: For optimal and safe training, a training area of 150 cm should be available in all directions from the outer edge of the base.
