The black and red outer material of the punching bag is made from high-quality and very robust special nylon. Unlike conventional nylon punching bags, this material is extremely tear-resistant. The punching bag is filled with a textile filling that is packed under high pressure, allowing for optimal shock absorption and ensuring that the punching bag maintains its shape over time. The four suspension points, which are attached to the punching bag with solid rivets and a double seam, guarantee optimal stability and even hanging of the punching bag.

The chrome-plated four-fold chain consists of solid chain links. The swivel prevents twisting of the suspension and reduces the strain on the wall or ceiling mounting.
