The MaxxLite 285 in 26×2.00 and the MaxxLite 29 in 29×2.00 are arguably the lightest MTB studded tires in the world in 26 and 29 inches. This is made possible in part by the ONE70 casing, which features 170 threads per inch/2.54 cm, the finest nylon casing in the world for bicycle tires. With the lowest rolling resistance, minimal weight, and even puncture protection with SilkwormLite, the lightweight version of our successful protective layer – these tires exclusively demonstrate in limited quantities what is achievable in MTB tires.
