Overview of the exercise ball:
Material: The tested exercise balls are made from burst-resistant anti-burst material and can support up to 500 kg. The balls are available in seven different colors: silver, blue, pink, black, red, violet, and orange.

Sizes: The Movit "Dynamic Ball" is available in the following sizes: 55, 65, 75, and 85 cm. When using the ball as seating, it is recommended to refer to your height: 156-165 cm = 55 cm, 166-178 cm = 65 cm, 178-188 cm = 75 cm, and over 188 cm = 85 cm.

Foot pump: The included foot pump allows the ball to be inflated more quickly and comfortably than with a standard hand pump. The ball can be individually adjusted through its valve until the desired internal air pressure is reached.
