Disc brakes from Magura use high-quality mineral oil in the lines. The Magura hydraulic oil Royal Blood is heat-resistant, pressure-stable, and unlike other hydraulic brake fluids, it does not absorb water. This ensures consistent braking performance and a crisp pressure point, allowing for longer rides without the need for others to bleed their brakes. If the Magura brake does need to be bled, for example after a fall, Magura users should definitely use the original Magura hydraulic oil "Royal Blood."
