Minimalist and harmonious design enthusiasts no longer have to make compromises: LightSKIN is a saddle post and bicycle rear light in one – and the new model is fully compliant with the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). We have revised the proven saddle post along with LightSKIN: the battery is now built inside and can be charged via Micro-USB. There is no need to disassemble the post, as the Micro-USB access is located at the saddle clamp, and a charging cable is included.

The LightSKIN saddle post features five bright LED lights that ensure glare-free visibility from any angle. The two lower LED diodes can be recessed into the seat tube and turned off to save energy, depending on frame and body size. With a light duration of 10 (5 diodes) to 15 hours (3 diodes), many night rides are possible. Weatherproof, theft-proof, and functional – a compact, safe rear light in a minimal, beautiful design.

Details: Easy operation. The control of the saddle post is incredibly simple. The rear light is operated via the second LED button, allowing you to turn it on and off as well as switch between the 3-LED or 5-LED mode.

USB port. The LightSKIN components can be connected to a laptop, smartphone charger, or power bank using the included Micro-USB cable. The USB port is located directly on the components, so they do not need to be disassembled.

StVZO compliant. Many additional LED lights for bicycles are not approved for road traffic in Germany. The new LightSKIN rear light meets all requirements of the regulations for road traffic.
