Product details
Simplify your training routine and achieve your fitness goals with the Lebert Equalizer Total Body Strengthener. The Lebert Equalizer is a simple, portable, and versatile strength training device that works arms, chest, back, and core like no other equipment. It uses your own body weight as resistance. Invented by Marc Lebert, a personal trainer and Taekwondo black belt, it has been used by athletes of all ages and fitness levels since its introduction. The Lebert Equalizer fits anywhere: in boot camps, group fitness classes, conditioning and martial arts training, or home studios. Participants use their own body weight as resistance and decide for themselves which difficulty level is right for them. The legs help perform an exercise correctly and/or indicate when an exercise can no longer be continued. A simple change in foot positioning increases the difficulty of an exercise. The product is incredibly versatile: without external assistance, without interrupting the exercise, or without adjusting a pin on a machine, you can perform more repetitions. This simple versatility gives the user full control over the body weight used for the exercise. The results are greater muscle endurance and increased muscle strength. It is easy to stack and requires little storage space. A package includes 2 Equalizer bars, access to online training, and a Lebert miniband.
